If I have already entered 1 month of data after the end of the financial year, will data switcher still transfer the 2 full years prior to that over to quick books?

You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data from another app.

It's fantastic that you've begun entering your transactions into QuickBooks, bevjolley!

As for Data Switcher's capability to transfer older transactions, it's important to note that the ability to do so may depend on the specific features and limitations of the tool. While Data Switcher may have the capacity to transfer historical data, it's advisable to reach out to their support team for clarification. They can provide you with detailed information on the tool's capabilities and any necessary steps to transfer older transactions.

If Data Switcher doesn't support the transfer of older transactions, there's an alternative approach you can consider. You can connect your bank account directly to QuickBooks, allowing you to download historical transactions directly from your bank's records. This way, you can ensure that all your past transactions are accurately recorded in QuickBooks.

Additionally, any transactions that are not included in the bank download can be uploaded into QuickBooks to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records. Here's an article for your reference: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.

You can always go back to this thread if you have more questions about your transactions. Take care and have a good one!
