Ive tried to reset the password but no luck ?

I'll help you get back to running your business, @bgrey1

A browser stores data from your previously web pages you visited. With this, it's possible that the browser you’re using still remembers your old password. This maybe the reason you're unable to log in to your account after resetting the password.

To help fix this, you can log in to your QBO account using an incognito window or a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache so it helps isolate the issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • CTRL  + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
  • CTRL  + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • CTRL  + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)

From there, you'll have to go to this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/login. Then, reset your password again and use the new password to sign in to your QBO account. If it works, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache since it helps the browser to fix unexpected behavior of the product. If private browsing doesn't work, you can use other compatible browsers

However, if you're still locked out of your account after performing the steps above, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can determine what's causing the login issue and help fix it. Here's how:

  1. Go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/contact/.
  2. Under the QuickBooks customer care team section, get their contact info to call.

You can visit this resource hub: QBO Australia. In this link, you can browse helpful articles about effectively managing your GST, BAS, account, income, and expenses.
