Quickbooks App is giving me Cookies Disabled errors in the Employees section. I have perm changes in all browsers and I can use the app fine in my default browser, Chrome

I am using Quickbooks 4.0.9. Have rebooted a couple of times.

Everything is working fine if I use the web browser version in Chrome.

Hi there, @craigj1.

Let me share some details about the Cookies Disabled error. We have received reports regarding customers unable to access the Employees section or payroll through QuickBooks Online app. This issue has already been reported to our Product Engineers, and they’re currently working on getting it functioning back to normal as soon as possible.

While our engineers are working for a fix, consider continuing using the web browser to go to the Employees section or process payroll.

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-41034.

For additional reference, I've attached an article you can use about how to lodged a pay event once a pay run is finalised and some FAQs about this process: Create and lodge a pay event.

Thank you for your patience while we're working on this. Please know that you can always get back to this post if you have any other questions.
