ATO portal showing tier not reported by tier has been assigned in pay run?

Will ATO still pay the JK once they update the ATO records?

If you have submitted your STP lodgements with the correct job keeper info to the ATO successfully any confirmation from the tax office regarding payment will need to be brought up with them directly. Please reach out to the ATO to confirm that since your recent update the employee's will receive their job keeper payments.
