Can I add another business to my account?

Every business with its own EIN requires a separate QBO account, support11. 

 

You might also want to use the same login credentials in adding the second subscription. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/pricing/.
  2. Select the type of plan that you need for the second business.
  3. Click Buy Now, then select an add-on plan or click Continue without add-ons.
  4. Click Check out.
  5. Type in your email address or user ID. You might see a message saying that the user ID or email address is already taken. Click Sign in or Recover your account
  6. Provide all required information and you're good to go.

However, if these companies are under the same tax ID, you can use the Class and Location Tracking feature. This helps you track transactions from these businesses. Check out this article for more insights on how to use it: Set Up And Use Class And Location Tracking.
