Let’s try to mark BAS as lodged again through a private window. This is to check if the issue has something to do with your browser. Here’s how to start browsing privately:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

If it works fine on that window, you can clear your browser’s cache or switch to a different one. There are moments when the overloaded files store in your browser will cause unusual behavior in the program. 
Though, if the same issue continues, I’d recommend contacting our support team. They have extra tools to launch an investigation to identify the root cause and help you fix the issue. Here’s how you can reach them:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide an explanation about your concern. 
  4. Click Let’s talk. 
  5. Select Get a callback.

Thanks I tried this & it didn't work.

When I first lodged it - the program hung.  I am using the downloaded App mostly - but had already tried in the app and various internet programs.  Even going Incognito didn't seem to help - Thank you

I appreciate you tried the steps I provided and for sharing the results you’re getting. 


Since you’re still unable to lodge BAS in QBO, I’d recommend reporting this issue to our support team. They’ll be able to launch an investigation and help you fix the issue as soon as possible (To reach them, you can refer to the steps I’ve provided above). 


For now, you might want to Lodge BAS directly with ATO using reports.

If you're still experiencing this error message when marking this BAS as lodged, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Success Team so we can take a further look into this in the back end for you.

 

To do this:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right corner of QuickBooks.

  2. Under Need support? select Contact us.

  3. Enter a brief description of the issue/error message, then select Let's talk.

  4. To connect to a team member via chat, select Start a chat, or alternatively you can request a callback from our team by selecting Get a callback.

 

Alternatively, you can give us a call at 1800 046 038. Our line is open 8:30am - 6:30pm AEST Mon - Fri.

Thanks Bonny.  We have contacted Support and they are "working on a solution".  I just thought I'd check on the forum in case someone else had come up with an answer.
