Hi connorsconcretin,
This could be potentially in regards to amendments currently within the GST centre that are distorting the figures to your BAS. You can check your reports that this is the case via the steps below:
To find the BAS Amendment (GST Exception Report)
This report will show you a list of transactions either slightly adjusted or total figures changed that the GST centre needs relodged before your current BAS will display correctly.
You can also check by clicking Prepare BAS and on the screen where you confirm your GST there will also be a warning that amendments are present to check before lodging. To resolve this, you will need an accountant user to sign in and unlodge the BAS back to the earliest amendment before relodging to get the correct figures.
If there is not an accountant attached to the file, you are always welcome to contact our friendly support staff by clicking here so we can unlodge on your behalf.
Thanks,
-Steven
