I would like to resubscribe but it is only giving me the online plus subscription option but I only need the basic subscription. How can I change this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, nealcontracting.

 

It's possible that you're previous product is QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus that's why it's the only option when you try to re-subscribe. 

 

Once a subscription is inactive, we are unable to make any changes on it. First, reactivate QBO, then downgrade to a basic plan. Also, you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused subscription. I'll be glad to guide you on this.

 

Here's how:

 

To reactivate QBO:

  1. First, sign in to https://qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription on the left pane.
  4. Hit on the Resubscribe button and make sure to enter the updated billing information.
  5. Lastly, click Subscribe.

To downgrade:

  1. Make sure to sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription. Ensure your payment info is updated and valid.
  4. Click the Downgrade your plan link or go to this qbo.intuit.com/app/changeplan.image.png
  5. Find the new plan you want, then select Choose Plan.image.png
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. Click Change plan to complete the process.
  8. Sign out of QuickBooks Online.
