We'd want to make sure you're able to manage your subscription successfully. If you haven't already, please use a different browser and log back in to QBO. You can use Mozilla, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari if you're using a Mac computer.
Then, go back to the Billing and Subscription section and click the Upgrade link one more time.
If you're getting the same prompt, please contact our phone support. They can verify your account details and process the upgrade for you. Here's how:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner of QBO.
- Look for Contact us and click on it.
- Inform our support agents that you're having issues upgrading your subscription, then click Let's talk.
- Select Chat or Get a callback.
