You only need to enter the user ID and password when connecting Bankwest to QuickBooks. Since your login credentials aren't accepted. you can open a new window and go directly to your bank's website.
Take note of the web address (such as https://www.bank.com). This may come in handy later. Then, sign in with the user ID and password you have to confirm if the information is correct.
If you get a sign-in error, follow your bank’s instructions to get your user ID, reset your password, or both. Also, some bank need your permission to connect it to another service, including QuickBooks Online.
Hence, you can check if Bankwest has this requirement. If so, please follow their instructions on how to turn it on.
Once done, go back to QuickBooks and set up the connection. Let me show you how:
Your bank should connect successfully now. If you see error 103 again, select Go back. Repeat steps 3 through 7 with a different option from the search results.
I also suggest contacting our bank to see if they currently support QuickBooks Online. If not, you need to download the transactions from Bankwest. Then, upload them to QuickBooks.
Keep me posted on how this goes. Just tag my name, and I'll get back to you.
