The payrun has been finalised successfully although there was an error while publishing journals. How do I fix this?

It sounds like there might be a technical issue preventing the journals from being exported from the Payroll section - in a situation like this, I would recommend reaching out to our support team so that they can walk you through getting this issue resolved. You can give us a call on 1800 046 038, or if you'd rather receive a call back or support via messaging, you can follow the steps below: 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information
