There are a couple things you can try as work around before potentially reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
It would be best before reattempting to do a Browser Troubleshoot by clearing your cache and cookies related to the browser you use e.g. Chrome or Firefox. This includes trying different browsers as well, please select here for steps.
After doing a Browser Troubleshoot, I would encourage you to have open your PayPal account in a separate tab before trying again, as this can help the connection.
If this not allow you to connect with your PayPal account via the bank feed setup, It would best then to touch base with our support team who can raise a ticket on this issue. You can do so by clicking here.
