Unable to login to Quickbooks Time via Quickbooks online

I am unable to login to Quickbooks Time via Quickbooks online (via Time menu). I just keeps going through a login loop. It says Time is a supported product in my account.

Let's get you back on you track and access your QuickBooks Time account. 

 

Are you signing in through your companyurl.tsheets.com website or through tsheets.intuit.com?

 

If you're signing in from companyurl.tsheets.com, make sure the following:

 

  1. Enter your company URL, and then click on Sign in with QuickBooks Time.
  2. Double check your sign in information.
  3. Check the team member details under My Teams tab in QuickBooks Time.  If not sure, contact your Master admin.

 

If you're signing from tsheets.intuit.com make sure to select Sign in with Intuit.

 

  1. Log in to quickbooks.intuit.com/time-tracking, and click on Sign in with Intuit.
  2. Double check your sign in information like the User ID and password.
  3. Check the team member details under My Teams tab in QuickBooks Time.  If not sure, contact your Master admin.

 

Also, have you tried to switch to private browser? If not, we'd recommend doing that too. The incognito window does not save your browsing history making a good place to check for web data issues.

 

Here's how:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, let's access your QuickBooks Time account once more. If it went through fin, you may want to clear your browser's cache.

Unable to login to Quickbooks Time via Quickbooks online

Hi. I thought I had replied earlier but guess not as I can't see it.

 

I can login to Quickbooks Online (https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage) OK.

 

There is a menu item called Time, when I click on this it takes me to the Overview page. There is a green bar at the top which says "Your account is connected to a QuickBooks Time account."

 

There is green button link on the bottom of the Overpage which says "Launch Quickbooks Time". Clicking this opens a new tab with login options, which I input, but it just keeps looping back to the login page.

 

I have the same issue with tsheets.intuit.com, it just cycles through the login screen but does not log me in.

 

I previously had access to TimeSheets (which I believe is now called QB Time), and can log in to the Time app on my iphone, which shows all the correct employees. However it does show an error message "Critical Sync Error". I am using the same login details for the Time app on my iphone as for Quickbooks Online and Time.

 

Not sure if that helps.

To isolate the situation, I'd recommend signing in directly to the QuickBooks Time website instead of in the Time tab of QuickBooks Online.

 

Check if you can log in through https://tsheets.intuit.com/page/login and enter your user id and password.

 

If you're able to log in to QuickBooks Time, click on QuickBooks logo and click Sync.

 

Other area to check is the add-ons in your QuickBooks Time, click on Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > and check if QuickBooks Online is on the list.

 

If the issue persist, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team through the Help menu of QuickBooks and click Contact Us to further investigate your account connection.

Hi.

 

I logged into Quickbooks Online, and choose Apps on the menu.

 

I clicked on the QuickBooks Time app, the Get App Now, and it is asking me to pay for it.

 

However, my account says (as I mentioned)

 

"Your account is connected to a QuickBooks Time account."

 

So I am a bit confused now.

Hi.

 

That's the first thing I tried (several times) before asking the Community.

 

I tried the chat option (several times), but it just doesn't work. A support person comes on to chat, then just logs off straight away without asking me anything.

Hi chris334,

 

You're on the right path earlier when you went to Apps tab to integrate the QuickBooks Time to QuickBooks Online.

 

I'd recommend using a new incognito window when trying to log in to your QuickBooks Online account, and then attempt to contact our Customer support team once more. There is no reported incident at the moment when contacting our Live chat.
