Want to access on my phone

I want to be able to load information on the go. When I downloaded the app version it is asking for me to pay again. ??

I also like to bring my work on the road. Let's check why you're asked to subscribe again. 

 

You will only be asked to pay if your subscription has expired or you're signing up a new account through the app. Can you please log in to your account using a browser? Then, check the status of your QuickBooks subscription to see if it's active.

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Accounts and Settings.
  2. Click on Billing and Subscription.

Normally, when you sign in using your existing user id and password through the app, you'll be routed to a page where you can choose a company file (if you have many). Then, you can continue working on it.
