Hi there, @sales262. I'd be happy to assist you on how to change the sign-in information of your linked bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Banking.

To update the changes made on your linked account, you can edit the sign-in info or reconnect your bank to ensure that the bank feeds is active.

Here's how to edit the sign-in info:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and select Banking.
  2. Locate the name of the bank account and click the Pencil icon in that tile.

  3. Select Edit sign in info and log in to your bank using your new credentials.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and select Done.

To reconnect the bank, you can check out this article that contains the steps on how to do it: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

There are times that after reconnecting the account, you will get some duplicate transactions. To fix it, you can exclude and delete it on the Banking page. For more details, you can read through this article: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have any QuickBooks-related questions or concerns. I'll be here every step of the way. Take care!
