To check what your current subscription plan is see the steps below to see.
QuickBooks Self Employed:
On the App:
- When signed into the Mobile App, select the Profile option in the top left.
- Then select Settings, and then you will want to select Subscription.
On the Desktop:
- Sign in a web browser to your QuickBooks Self Employed File, by clicking here.
- Select the Gear ⚙ icon.
- Select Billing Info and then Cancel subscription
QuickBooks Online:
On the App:
- When signed into the Mobile App, select the Gear ⚙ icon in the top left.
- Select Billing & Subscriptions
On the Desktop:
- Sign in a web browser to your QuickBooks Online, by clicking here .
- Select the Gear ⚙ icon in the top right.
- Select Account & Settings and then on the left-hand side, select Billing & Subscriptions
In any of these steps it will go into detail about the price of your subscription plan and your billing date.
