It used to give me total balance. Updates in WB has removed this function. Also my mileage record has vanished. QB is going backwards, and I will be looking for an alternative soon.
Hello there, @Summit Music.
I understand how important consistency is for your workflow. Let’s work together to make sure you can track your outstanding balances, restore your mileage records, and resolve this efficiently.
Outstanding balances on an invoice can be cleared if it’s marked as paid or if an adjustment note is created for the customer, which is linked to the invoice. QuickBooks will automatically apply the adjustment note amount to open invoices. When the adjustment note amount fully covers the invoice cost, the outstanding balance is cleared, and the invoice is marked as paid. This explains why the outstanding balances are no longer visible on your end.
For your Mileage record, you’ll have to select the correct Tax Year period to display the appropriate Mileage record that you want to view.
If the issue still persists, I recommend reaching out to our Live Support Team. Our support specialists are equipped with the tools to guide you through the process seamlessly and help resolve any account-related concerns efficiently.
