Why i can't create an amendment finalisation event after STP reporting is finalised?

If the finalisation event has been lodged and you need to make changes, you can submit an Amended Finalisation Event in QuickBooks Online. If you don't see the option to Create an amended finalisation event. Check the following:

1. Select the Employees tab.
2. Click on Reports.
3. Click on Single Touch Payroll under the ATO Reporting column.
4. Select the drop-down arrow next to Start Finalisation Process and click Create an Amended Finalisation Event.

If you're still not seeing the Amended Finalisation Event, please check your Single Touch Payroll report to verify if there is no created Amended Finalisation event.
