Did your bank move to a new platform or website? Instead of reconnecting, let's try to add NetBank again in QuickBooks Self-Employed. Make sure to use the correct bank website.
If the same error persists, I recommend reaching out to our QBSE support so they can check what's happening. They will be able to see your account and report the error you're getting.
Here's how:
- Click on Assistant.
- Type Talk to a human.
- Enter the bank error you're getting.
- Select I still need a human.
- Select from Message an agent and Get a callback.
