Here are some quick steps to fix most app-related issues.
Tip: Contact the support team using a different device from the one we will be helping you with.
- Change the data connection on your device.
- If connected to Wifi, turn it off and use mobile data.
- If connected to mobile data, connect to Wifi.
- Close and restart the app.
- Clear app data.
- There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data:
- In the QuickBooks Online app:

- Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
- iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

- In your device Settings:

- Android: From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device), choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
- iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.
