Please help! I have the simple start subscription and subscribed yesterday. However, I'd like to reset everything and start over again. How do I do this? The purgecompany link doesn't work. I've also cancelled my subscription as read on another community page, but it still shows all my previous company info? How do I start from scratch again?
I am not sure whether it is a unique policy for QBO AU version. I checked on other region versions (i.e US, UK, CA, Global), we are not allowed (yet) to purge QBO Simple Start account. You should wait for Support to clarify this feature.

I tried this process and found out that the cutoff time to use the "purgecompany" feature is actually 60 days not 90 days!
