Great to hear your Square account synced with QuickBooks Online without any issues.
Once synced, Square transactions are downloaded to QuickBooks Online, but won’t be added to your register automatically. We’ll need to categorise them into the relevant income accounts:
- Go to the For review tab on the Integration transactions page.
- Select Add or Match to categorise the transactions.
- To review them, check the Reviewed tab.
The transactions will then update your income or other accounts as categorised in the Chart of Accounts. For more details, you can refer to this article: Connect your Square account to QuickBooks Online.
