Am I responsible for backup?

Let me provide some information about getting back up for your QuickBooks Online account. 

QuickBooks Online is a cloud-based software so you're data is backed up in the cloud. If you need a backup or copy of your data, you'll have to run reports in QuickBooks Online and export them.

To export reports and list:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online via a web browser.
2. Click on the Settings icon.
3. Click on Export Data.
4. Click on the Reports or List tab.
5. Select what you wanted to export.
6. Click on Export to Excel.

You can also check out the Intuit App Center to view supported apps that can help you back up the QuickBooks Online data. Here's how:

1. Go to apps.intuit.com
2. Click on the country flag and choose Australia.
3. In the search box, type Back up.
4. You'll be provided with the a list of apps that can perform backup.
5. Just a heads up that there might be fees when using these application.
