Cant add expense from QuickBooks Windows App

hi I tried to add and expense from the Windows up but the App wot open the add expense window. It just ignores the action. I can do this using QuickBooks Online.

Hi Richieboy,

 

If you are experiencing issues with menus not responding, try resetting the App data - this is similar to clearing the cache in a browser.

 

  1. Select Help.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.
  3. Close and reopen the app.

 

You can also follow the steps in this resource to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure you are using the latest version, just scroll down the page to the 'How do I uninstall the app?' heading to find instructions for your version of Windows. If after following these steps you are still unable to create an expense, please reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 046 038 for further detailed troubleshooting.
