Hi user88519-
Are you trying to access the Employees tab on a browser or on the desktop app?
-Christine
I can access it going directly through chrome, but when i try and do it from the desktop and chrome is the default search engine, it won't load employees tab. Everything else works so thinking it has something to do with intuit
Hello user88519-
Yes, you are correct, we are experiencing some accessibility issues with the Employees tab on the desktop application. My next recommendation would be to use Chrome, but it sounds like you're way ahead of me. We are working on a fix for the desktop app issue now, and a new version should be released early next week restoring access to the Employees tab in the app.
Hold tight for now, and use chrome in the meantime. Please also, if you're able, give us a call and provide your account details so we can record you as being impacted by the issue. See below on how to get in touch.
Hope that helps user88519, reply here with any questions.

It's extremely frustrating to be experiencing this issue whilst simultaneously being reminded that the prices are being raised by $10/month.
Hey there, microzoa.
We're receiving reports that other users are getting this issue as well. We would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our Engineering Team. While they do, I would advise you to get in touch with our QuickBooks Support.
This way, our engineers can add your account information to the list of affected users and attach your case to the INV-41034. Any progress will be communicated via email.
For the best performance, it's generally recommended to use Google Chrome. In the meantime, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
In case you want to know some "How do I" steps in QuickBooks Online, you can always visit our Help Articles page for reference.
Kindly update me on how things go by adding another comment below. I want to make sure you're all set, and I'm here if you need further guidance. Have a great day! All the best.
I just had the same problem when accessing the ProAdvisor Trainings section in Google Chrome.
