Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll share an update about using Signature in QuickBooks Online mobile app. Then, ensure you'll be routed to the right person to assist you further on this concern and get an updated details about this matter.

 

The issue of the QuickBooks mobile app crashing when getting the signature feature for an invoice has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our Product engineers are now working to fix this as soon as possible. For now, we're unable to provide an exact workaround to be performed.

 

I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved. 

 

Here's how to contact them: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company via browser.
  2. ChooseHelp (?).
  3. From QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. You can also choose Start a chat with a support expert.
