Hi sales-brewwareho,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

QuickBooks Online is a receiving portal so if the transactions or product information aren't being sent through to QBO, I suggest to contact the Woo Commerce's Developers and advise their developers to get in touch with our Intuit Developers to get these two parties synced together properly.

There's also a community dedicated to developers and the creation of applications. This site contains resources for software development, as well as the ability to ask fellow developers questions.

You can also check this link to learn more about third party integration in QBO:

You can find additional information about this at the following link: Intuit Developer.

Post again in the Community if you have further concerns. I am around to help you.

@sales-brewwareho

Consider having a 3rd party connector app.

Have used the connector add on from QB, Does anyone know if I download the CSV template and enter info that way will it override the products in there already or do I need to remove first?

Hi sales-brewwareho,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

If you have a product that already exists in your accounting system, QuickBooks Connector will simply match up with the product and respect the configured income or expense accounts.

Also, since QuickBooks Online is a receiving party of the inventory information. I would recommend contacting the app support to get more information with the app integration.
