Hi support37,

 

I'm afraid if you had activated Multicurrency in your account through Account and Settings, then its not possible to downgrade your account, as Multicurrency cannot be turned off. This is a limitation of the Downgrade function.

 

If you want to access QuickBooks Online Simple Start, the next best solution is to cancel your Essentials subscription and create a new Simple Start account.

Utilize this 3rd party tool to migrate your data between QBO accounts.

Use promo code 20PERCENTOFF at checkout, valid until April 30th, 2020

 

Then you can open a new QBO account to import the data.
