I've got you covered, Matt. We can update your bank information on the Bank transactions page to ensure it aligns with your bank's requirements. I'd be glad to help you accomplish this.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Click the Edit icon for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Select Edit account info.
  4. Complete your updated bank information, then click Save.

 

QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest available transactions. You can then categorise, match or add them to the bank register.

 

Additionally, it's important to reconcile your accounts regularly to ensure they remain accurate and up-to-date.
