How do I change the invoice item to become an business income?

All invoices you create will be counted as income, Chaddeepwater. To ensure they're classified as business income, you need to adjust your invoice preferences. I'll outline the steps below.

Here's how to do that:

  1. Navigate to the Invoices menu and select Create invoice.
  2. Click on Edit work info.
  3. Enter your business information and select Save.

About your second question regarding the Tax Summary showing as zero, let's ensure that the date range is set correctly.

Here's what to do:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Select either Annual or Quarterly.
  3. Use the 2025 tax year dropdown to set the correct date.

Additionally, categorising your transactions can help organize your financial data, making it simpler to keep track of what you spend and earn.
