How do i see more things like fuel on my profit and loss statement

Hello, Ashlyn.

I'd be happy to share some more details about the Profit and Loss statement.

If you're trying to customise the Profit and Loss statement, we're unable to do it. The report has a fixed view for your categories.

Though, you can filter out the Transactions page if you want to see a set of specific categories with their transactions.

On the Transactions page, click the Type: All button. Hover on Spending, then select a specific category.

However, do you need to expand the "All expense categories" line item on the Profit and Loss statement? In that case, you'll simply want to click on the amount to see the transactions associated with it.

Need to check and send your BAS Summary report? Check this article out for more details and some guides: How do I send a BAS Summary Report to an Accountant/Bookkeeper.

Do you have more questions about your Self-Employed reports or transactions? Please let me know the details and I'll get back to you to help you out.

What about when you print it out for your tax man.

Thanks for getting back to us, @ashlynmichael59-.

I'll share the steps on how you can print the report. You'll want to download the report to Excel first. Then, print it from there. Let me guide you how.

  1. From the Transactions page.
  2. Select the Download icon at the right (see the image below).
  3. This will download the file in Excel format.
  4. Open the file and go to the File menu at the top.
  5. Click Print.
