I am trying to import a transaction into my bank account using Import Data. No matter what date format I select, it always revert to 1/1/1970. Is this a bug?

Let’s work together to ensure you can successfully import your transactions into your QuickBooks account with the correct dates displayed.

 

Before we proceed, could you please specify where you are experiencing the issue? Is it occurring during the import process when selecting the date format? If so, try to create a CSV file to see if the problem persists. If you encounter the same results, please try logging out and then logging back in to refresh the product.

 

Also, consider switching to another supported browser , as this often resolves display errors. 

 

Please try to re-import your transactions. Then, you can check the page details and verify all the dates in recent entries when uploading. I'm also including a screenshot below for reference:
