I can not get my commonwealth bank account to update on quickbooks. Just when i push refresh, it updates but no transactions come up and the balance is wrong.

If your Commonwealth bank account is not connected to a Direct Feed, then your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online will stop updating. 

There is an update that All customers with connected Commonwealth bank accounts will need to move to Direct Feeds. This process is to continue downloading your transactions to QuickBooks Online.
