This error occurs when the software is unable to establish a secure connection with your bank's servers due to authentication or connectivity problems.
With that in mind, ensure that the bank credentials you use to connect your accounts in QBO are correct. Once verified, please visit your bank's official website to see if there are any ongoing maintenance activities or updates that might have affected the connection between your bank and our software.
If the issue persists, use other supported browsers to make sure that your connection has no historical cache in the system.
In the meantime, manually upload your transaction into the program using a CSV file format. Once your bank connection is restored, please exclude them to avoid duplicates.
