Since you're using a third party payroll application, you may need to get in touch with the Keypay Support. They have the access to your account and can help you change the necessary details from there. You use google to search for their contact information.

We notice you are using KeyPay via QuickBooks.
As of September 2019 all payroll support for QuickBooks customers is managed by the QuickBooks team. You will need to contact them directly about this support request.
