Hello there, candriske.

 

Let me share some information about merging data in QuickBooks.

 

Regardless of the product  you're using, no need for us to merge the information that you've already entered within your QuickBooks account. 

 

When using the QuickBooks accounting app, the information entered from the browser will be visible, as long as the feature is available in the app. Once we download an app, let's sign directly using the same credentials. Then, it'll automatically show the same information that you have already.

 

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed and want to use QuickBooks Online app or you're using QBO and want to use the QBSE app, we're unable to merge the information from a platform directly to another platform. With that, it only allows us to get the same information from the app when we're using the same product.
