Let’s do some basic troubleshooting steps to see if the problem is with your browser and stopping you from adding a new product in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Glenorie.
Start by clearing your browser cache as stored internet files can sometimes cause problems and stop you from saving your new product.
You can also try switching to a different supported browser to see if your current one is incompatible with QuickBooks.
