I want to unsync square ?

It's quick and easy to unsync Square from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @graeme2. Please take note that there are two options to complete this task. If you're the user that connected the app, please perform the steps below.

  1. Go to Apps from the left menu.
  2. Select My Apps.
  3. Locate Square
  4. Choose Disconnect from the Action drop-down. 
  5. If you're unable to find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings. Then, click the Disconnect button on the settings page.
  6. Complete the short questionnaire.
  7. Hit Confirm Disconnect

 

However, if you're the user that connected the app, I'd suggest switching the user access of the app. It's because only Admin users can connect and manage apps for the company. However, you'll need to have an Admin access to perform this activity. Here's how: 

  1. Go to Apps from the left menu.
  2. Search the Square app. 
  3. Choose the app, then Get app now.
  4. Check the Authorisation page and hit Connect.
  5. Verify the message details and choose Switch Admin.
  6. If necessary, adjust the settings. 
  7. Ensure the app is associated with your user ID.
