If an employee is NOT receiving emailed payslips, where can I check if they have been sent?

The employee has not received a single payslip since starting with the company. Email address has been checked / verified. Where do I check the settings?

Hello there, @leaveittoblondie. Thank you for confirming that the details on your pay slips are correct.

 

To see if your emailed pay slips were bounced or dropped. You can check their status by accessing the Mail Log section. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings under the Your Company column.
  3. Scroll down and click on Mail Log.

  4. Enter your employee’s email address. You can also use the Template dropdown menu to filter the type of information you want to see.
  5. Review the results displayed below.
