If I accidentally marked a bank transaction excluded, can I undo that?

If you accidentally exclude the wrong transaction, that’s easy to fix. You can go back to the Excluded tab. Then, select the checkbox for the transaction and tick the Undo button. The transaction goes back to the For Review tab so you can decide what to do with it again. Once done, you can match or add downloaded transactions into QuickBooks. Then, review your work and make sure everything is correct in the Categorised or Reviewed tab. Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the tile for the account you want to review.
Go to the Categorised or Reviewed tab.
Choose the link in the Added or Matched column to review the transaction.
