Before we start, can you confirm if you have multiple accounts? This will help us provide a tailored solution to resolve the issue effectively.

 

If so, when you manage multiple QBO companies or firm files, ensure you are logged into the correct company file or account.

 

You can also check your internet connection since QuickBooks is a web-based service. Any interruption in the connection can cause syncing issues, such as missing data.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend uninstalling the app. You can do this by tapping and holding its icon, then reinstalling it to ensure you have the latest version.

 

To see if the problem is specific to the app, access your account via a phone or computer web browser instead.
