Let's get this working so you can manage your bank transactions, jgullotta.

 

Did you encounter a specific error message or code while you're in the Banking page? Additional details about this would be much appreciated. 

 

There are a few things we need to do to make the Banking page works again. Before that I'd recommend visiting your bank's website to see if they have an ongoing website maintenance. This might be the reason why we do cannot download the transactions.

 

After their website maintenance, we can go back to QBO and do the manual update in the Banking page. You can use this link for reference: Manually download online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also use this link if you have encountered bank errors: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

 

If the same thing happens, you might need to manually import the bank transactions. Here are some references that you can use:

OK, I have tried everything you have suggested except for the manual import. I really want it to work automatically as it has done in the past. It only stopped working about 30 days ago.

Since you've already done all the necessary troubleshooting steps, I recommend you proceed with contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. One of them will be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and check for any issue going on with your bank.  

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Start a chat
