I have not changed any of the invoice settings myself. Last week it was fine and this week it is printing without the logo.
Since QuickBooks is browser-based, outdated browser data can disrupt the connection between your account and stored image files.
To address this, start by refreshing your page. Log out of your QuickBooks account and then log back in to ensure everything functions properly.
Once done, open the invoice and select the same template. Go to Print or Preview to see if the company logo is visible. If it still doesn't display, review the Audit log to see if another user accidentally detached the logo. If you find that the company logo has been removed, consider re-uploading it in both the company settings and the invoice setup.
