Allow me to share a few things about the allowable company logo set up and how to do an advance customization.
QuickBooks Online requires a company logo not to exceed 10 megabytes (MB) file size. You can seek advice from a graphic designer to create a customized company logo that appears to be large but has a small file size so you can upload it without hassle.
Another option is to import a sales form template so you'll be able to do enlarge the company logo as long as the details are mapped properly. Before that, you'll have to turn on import style.
Here's how:
Now, you can import an invoice template. Feel free to read this article for the detailed steps: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. I've also added some sample screenshots about this process:
I've added an article you can use for your future tasks such as using the progress invoicing and projects feature: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you have other questions. Please don't hesitate to comment below so that I can get back to you. Enjoy the rest of your day.
Thanks for joining the thread and adding a screenshot to your concern, @ryan124.
I'll share another workaround that would help you print the logo to its actual size.
First, try hiding the logo then show it again. Or else, try using a different one then go back to the original design. Then, try printing the transaction again. This would help us check if there's a minor issue within the template.
Here are the steps on how to hide and show the logo back in your sales template.
After performing these steps, try printing the transaction again.
If you're still getting a similar issue, update the Adobe Reader/Acrobat to its latest version. Doing this will help you fix some minor printing problems in QuickBooks Online
You can check out this article for further instructions on how to update or repair it: How to update and repair Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
