My Quickbook Online Payroll menu is not working. It is saying "Enable Payroll", and when I enter my business details, its say "An error has occured". Its been 4 days.

It was working fine until Sunday 25th May. On Monday morning I noticed Payroll section is saying "Enable Payroll". Tried in new browser, different laptops. Contacted QB Support but no any help from them, just telling escalated from last 5 days. It's impacting my business as I can't do payrun and all. Please help!

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and type in Contact us.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose the Callback option.
  5. Provide the details and continue to hit the Get a call button.
