When you connect your bank account securely in QB Online via direct feeds, the system can receive transactions without requiring additional bank sign-in information.
The system will only require you to submit another NAB Authority form when your bank account got disconnected.
Though it will stay active in QuickBooks, our system will stop downloading and delivering your transactions from your bank.
Hence, this could be the reason there are no transactions received in the For review section from your Banking page.
Should you want to reconnect the same bank account, you'll need to re-apply for approval from your bank. Then, go through the full process of completing a new Client Authority Form and posting this to us again.
