Please be aware that if you're a QuickBooks Online Accountant trying to enable electronic lodgement for your client, you won't see the option to Connect to the ATO. This task can only be completed by the business owner.
Additionally, if electronic lodgement was enabled in the past or if your QuickBooks Online company has not yet transitioned to the current GST experience, you will also be unable to see the Connect to the ATO option. To resolve this issue, I recommend reaching out to our live expert support team. They will be able to review your account and utilize their tools to enable this option for you.
