Neither self employed or QuickBooks online will track mileage. I have an OPPO phone. All settings for both are correct. No red flags. Anyone having this issue?

There is a reported issue about Mileage tracking not working. We've already raised this to our engineering team to investigate this behaviour. While we're working on this, it would be best to get in touch with our Customer Care Team. They can add you to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how to contact the Customer Support Team:

  1.     Click the Help icon on the top right.
  2.     Click Contact Us button at the bottom.
  3.     Enter a short description about your concern.
  4.     Click on Let's talk.
  5.     Choose the Get a callback method to be connected to support.

When we have more information about the status of this issue, we will update you. We will send the updates on your email address associated with your Intuit account.

 

If you need tips in the future, visit our QuickBooks Help Articles site. 

 

Please let me know if you have any other concerns or issues, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
