We are currently rolling out the new invoice layout for customers who have not yet transitioned to the updated invoice experience. This change may affect how your invoices appear and explains why your payment details were removed. Please be assured that this issue is manageable and can be resolved.
If the previous invoice layout, which included your payment details, is a customized template, follow these steps to verify and make it as default:



Once done, let's create a new invoice to test it out. If the layout remains unchanged and the payment details are still missing, it is likely that the invoice design has changed to Modern due to the transition from the old layout to the new one. The new invoice layout utilizes the Modern template, which may override the payment details you previously added.
