New update removed my payment details and changed the look of my invoices?

Hi @cleansense,

 

We are currently rolling out the new invoice layout for customers who have not yet transitioned to the updated invoice experience. This change may affect how your invoices appear and explains why your payment details were removed. Please be assured that this issue is manageable and can be resolved.

 

If the previous invoice layout, which included your payment details, is a customized template, follow these steps to verify and make it as default:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the correct template, then click Edit.
  3. Double-check the section where you entered your payment details, then hit Done.
  4. Click the dropdown button of the invoice template, then select Make default.

 

Once done, let's create a new invoice to test it out. If the layout remains unchanged and the payment details are still missing, it is likely that the invoice design has changed to Modern due to the transition from the old layout to the new one. The new invoice layout utilizes the Modern template, which may override the payment details you previously added.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the invoice, select Manage.
  2. Click on the Design dropdown, then choose the correct template with your payment details.
